Service takes the cake. Go all the way with getting things resolved. Had issues with my wife’s camera flash, the follow through was brilliant. Consistent follow up and feedback was received till the time she received a replacement flash.

Got a print for Christmas for my parents, large format, and when I got home I realized there was a crease in the print where it was very evident. Should've checked before I left, but that's my fault.Went back the next day and they reprinted without issue and were quite apologetic about it. The print quality was good enough for my expectations.The staff were all friendly and the shop was quite nice. They also have a decent selection of Ilford, Kodak, and some Fujifilm film stocks in 35mm and 120.

I always find the personnel there very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Good range of products. Convenient for access by car with free parking at the back. Also not far from the Leederville station of one prefers to get there by train.

Highly recommend buying any products from Camera House Leederville. Email response is quick. Staff members are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in all areas.

Fantastic customer service! Frank went above and beyond to help me out, putting the A6400 camera I was after aside for me, price matching a very good price on the Sigma 16mm lens I was after too and working out a great price for the other items I was also after (tripod and SD card). He took the time to show me a few different tripod options and I've been loving the Benro model he recomended me! Excellent experience and I'll be back for sure.
