Organized flowers from Victoria for a Woodlands partner who works night-shift and did not hear the courier and had her gates locked. When asked, she had not found the beautiful arrangement. No, sorry, but I’ve had just a very disappointing and expensive experience with Innaloo Florist. The more I think about it, the madder I get. We went all out for a family member’s big birthday, ordering a $150 premium bouquet over the phone. We called live because we wanted it to be special for her big day. We wanted a big, gorgeous arrangement and I merely made ONE request: please, don’t put any chrysanthemums in the arrangement. My parents were florists and I know those to be cheap “filler” flowers to make an arrangement look full without costing the florist as much money. The arrangement arrived and what do you think were the feature flowers? You guessed it: chrysanthemums. The absolute worst part was that I wrote an email within minutes of them arriving with the subject line “Very disappointed” and got no response for 24 hours. So I called the next day and the woman who answered (and who had taken my order) said that their email address is wrong on the website. She offered no apology, no refund or price adjustment and no replacement arrangement. She chalked it up to a “misunderstanding.” So...buyer beware. You won’t get what you ask for - you’ll get whatever they feel like sending no matter what you paid.

Innaloo florist is amazing! I was searching for a florist near my sister's place in Floreat and I was happy to say I was lucky to have found this florist. The flowers were very fresh and remain beautiful 10 days after as in the unwrapped photo. I was also happy with the cost and service.Thank you Innaloo Florist, I will be back!Muny

Innaloo Florist went over and beyond with their level of service.From Scotland I ordered a bouquet for a relative and when they found they were unable to deliver them because my relative was away, they went to the bother of contacting her to arrange a whole new fresh delivery of flowers a week later when she would have returned home - something they weren't obliged to do and for which I’m very grateful.The arrangement that was delivered was beautiful and my sister absolutely delighted.Thank you so much.

I read good reviews of this place but it did not impressed me. The staff was aloof and there wasn't a lot of selection.Most of the flowers are chrysanthemums and geberas (which are not really premium type of flowers..) and the price is not cheap. We did not want chrysanthemuns because it is considered as funeral flowers" for Chinese people.. so the staff customized a bouquet for us with a budget of $50.Not very impressed with what we got for $50 but we had to get a bouquet from here because it was the closest florist we can find and we needed a bouquet as a graduation gift.(Hello Kitty not included)"

The experience with Innaloo Florist to order the right bouquet and gift for a friend in Perth is really an ease! Apparently I had to edit the contact number of the recipient after I confirmed the order (I'm base in Singapore). I couldn't thank Vicki enough for being so responsive to my email, just imagine if my friend wasn't home and they don't have the right number to contact anyone there.PS: The flowers are sooo beautiful and fresh! My friend loveee it!
