Appalling work, mistakes everywhere, refuse to discount the bill and is now holding our documents to ransom unless we pay the inflated bill. Very unprofessional. Yes as Fiona says I wouldn’t have someone leave with goods unless paid. But that misses the point. The point is the goods in this case were very defective so I wouldn’t let someone pay for defective goods. But Fiona does. And thinks it’s alright. That’s the real problem she thinks her behaviour is up to standard. Appalling work and appalling conduct.
