I started Metabolic Balance plan with Peak in June 2022, I was on blood pressure tablets, antidepressants for anxiety and depression and thyroxine for my under-active thyroid. Within the first two weeks of starting my plan I had stopped taking my blood pressure tablets, within in 7 weeks I have lost just over 10kgs, dropped two dress sizes and 23cm all up. I would still like to reach my goal weight but I’m hopeful I will easily reach that.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jane for all the help she has given me to get my health to a point where I was able to take part in the HBF run for a reason last weekend, completing 12k’s.This was an incredible achievement as in 1995 I was diagnosed with terminal cancer, since then I have struggled with my health and ongoing fatigue.Since seeing Jane and completing her personalised nutrition plan, I am now fitter and healthier than I have ever been in my life, and will be 78 in July. So a big thank you Jane.

I came to Peak Natural Health after seeing fantastic results in a family member. I am so glad I invested in myself, I am completely off of added sugars, feel alot happier and my moods have improved so much. I thought I'd be hungry and suffering from cravings...boy I got that wrong!! Released alot of weight and it was pretty easy. Jane and Talitha are so supportive, so if you are thinking about making changes I highly recommend these lovely ladies.

Thank you Talitha, for your kindness and patience with me.This has been the best program I have ever been on, and over theyears I have tried every diet. I have energy, sleep better, my mood is so much better. Healthy eating or life style change, it is not a diet.If you go off track for a meal, you get straight back on program because you know how good you feel. I would recommend this Metabolic Plan to anybody who needs to lose weight and feel healthy.
