Couldn't recommend more highly for anyone looking to get into BJJ but maybe have a sense of trepidation about taking that first step. Keiran and Ben are top blokes and have created a real community like feel in the gym that is accomodating to people from all walks of life.

24hr gym and BJJ. Exceptional low key vibe, very friendly and its owned and operated by a passionate local. Awesome for people working in the area as it has toilets and showers so you can go before, during and after work.

Welcoming gym with all the equipment you could ask for, especially if you're looking to do heavy lifting! Lots of ATX powerlifting plates and a Rogue Combo rack!!The welcoming vibes extend to the BJJ program, where no one is turned away. There's even a program for kids!
