Came to Cool Car for a regas. I was met with excellent service and efficiency. A few months later, I called Luke due to the air con acting up again. He booked me in ASAP and diagnosed the problem at no extra cost. Both visits, he kept me updated and explained what he was doing. Highly recommend!

I turned up with a newly purchased BMW 750i (no history) and A/C not working - I could contribute nothing helpful for diagnosis. The advice was excellent, covering the range of possible causes and likely costs. They gassed, pressure tested, searched for leaks and told me the possible next steps. It would have been easy to over-service and throw everything at it (like the dealer wanted to) but the process was appropriately staged and outlined throughout. Excellent service, great value, done quickly. I couldn't be happier so far.Highly recommended even for high end cars - you don’t get a zero added on the bill just because of the car brand and I couldn’t be happier with the expertise shown. UPDATE: A month down the track it’s still working perfectly.
