Found Jenny to be very harsh and abrupt in her approach. Certainly not something you expect from a professional service. Very unprofessional. Think twice before booking. Other more professional councilling services around, who do have a caring approach. Have reported to ACA.

Jenny was an amazing counsellor for me. For 12 months she pulled me through some really tough moments and constantly had my back. Jenny was professional at all times and even today, although our counselling sessions are over, she still checks in with me to see how I’m going. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone who needs counselling.
