I hadn’t had my nails done in years, didn’t know how much time or anything took and they made sure I got what I wanted all before they left for the day.They were extremely polite, clean and worked amazing as a team to make sure I was looked after.Can’t thank them enough, they did such a great job too

The team here are AMAZING- polite, efficient and so talented. Hadn't had my nails done in 12 years. Walked in with what I *thought* was a simple design- turns out it wasn't, yet they nailed (no pun intended) the execution. Will definitely be back! 100% recommend.

I was disappointed all round today .I usually have a good experience but today I think I may have had the new girl , perhaps.The nails are very different lengths between feet .The angle the nails are cut exacerbates my bunions .To me the nail should be cut equal distance from the corners to the tip , instead they are cut parallel to the end of the toe .I have taken some photos to try demonstrate this .

I went in on Australia day when visiting family as they usually do a good job at a decent price. They charged me an additional $15 for no reason and had cash only - there was no warning or signs saying eftpos was down, nor was there any signs indicating a price increase. I had to do a bank transfer to some random account they had on a sticky note.My acrylics were so rushed and extremely thin, one had break literally the next day and I barley got three coats of polish including the top coat. I am already having so much lifting not even a week later. I was also cut pretty badly twice. Extremely disappointed. Safe to say I should have spent the extra $5 and got them done at my usual place.
