The staff at Guardian Self Storage Rockhampton were brilliant, friendly from first entering the office to when I left, they made every aspect of renting our storage unit easy (even for an oldie like me that has never done this before). The units are brilliantly clean and easy to gain access to 10 out of 10.

Great service we had slit hick up and it was fixed instantly and it was even after business hours the staff are amazing here I highly recommend storage shed is clean easy access fully secure.

I have been using Fort Knox storage for 5 years having a few different sheds along the way. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, price is very reasonable and I have had no issues with the facilities so far. Easy access and the use of trailer if needed is a great bonus.

Our experience with Fort Knox has be fantastic, we were moving home and had to store furniture, we found Fort Knox was perfect for our needs. The facilities were clean and accessible when required. The administration staff were very helpful. We would recommend this storage facility 5 Star

I was delighted to find that Guardian Rockhampton had only one vacant locker after having gone on an extensive search for one in Rockhampton. It is well kept, and the locker well maintained (and ceiling insulation!) Lisa and Tanya have been great. I have some mental health issues, and they gone out of their way to help me. Well done.!

The staff at Fort Knox are absolutely amazing. Efficient, hard working and willing to help in anyway they can to make your move in easier. The followup and communication with the public are above and beyond. You do not see customer service like that anymore.The facilities are very secure, clean and tidy. I couldn't recommend a better storage facility!
