We bought our car from Joe (longtime veteran at Steve Fosters!) and we couldn't be happier with the professional service we received from him. Genuine, factual, does not dress anything up - just felt really comfortable. He assured us they don't take any 'junk' on their lot and all cars have a meticulous going over with their mechanics. We told him what we had in mind for our needs and steered us towards a very tidy, one owner, Captiva with impeccable service history - a great buy. We love it!

Michael made all the processes of buying a car easy to navigate and seamless. He was willing to work with us on all the details and operated in a super transparent and trusting nature. I could not recommend working with the team highly enough and would definitely recommend buying a car from Michael to family and friends in future.

I bought a Hyundai ascent with them and the process was very smooth. Mark is the best person if you need to buy a car, test drive was done at our door step. Good service and the car is really awesome. ☺️

The car is good but the service from Ray was terrible. I went there and I asked him if they will negotiate. He asked me how much I am willing to pay, I said 18,200 (The listed price was 18880). He never said yes or no but gave me the impression that he agreed to this price. From what I remember, he said yes 18,200 is very close to what he's willing to accept.The next day, I came and we took it for a test drive and told him that we'll take it. And he said the price is 18,880. We reminded him that you were saying 18,200 is close" but he just walked away and started talking to other people. We were standing there for 10 minutes waiting without any idea if he wants to sell the car or not. He came back 10 minutes later and agreed to 18

Please be very careful buying from Steve Foster and Sons. Long story short, I bought a VW 2011 Transporter that had a significant engine issue hidden from the advertisement (a new engine was required). It was only discoverable on a longer drive I went on a few weeks after I bought it. When the issue arose, the company wanted nothing to do with the problem. Their warranty only covers a very small amount and they were defensive, rude, unhelpful and very slow. They refused VW's diagnosis, tried to fix a smaller less expensive part, and said the problem was solved when it wasn't. When I went to hand the car in to be fixed (which they didn't do properly), 3 other people were there giving their cars back for significant repairs also. Please reconsider buying from here, and if you do be very very careful.

I found just the car I needed and it arrived after the 2022/23 Xmas New Year break from Granville to Toowoomba Q in a month. The way was smoothed by Helpful Leon and Accountsman Mark. It couldn't have been easier. And the car is exactly as advertised and videoed for my remote inspection. Couldn't be happier!

I bought a Jeep there a couple of days ago and couldn't be happier. Michael was extremely accommodating answering all of my questions. He even stayed back a few hours to allow me to pick the car up after work (2hours after he was meant to be done!)Due to previous bad experience I was quite nervous buying from a dealership, however Michael made the process all the easier. I had a mobile mechanic come in, who was accommodated well and had the space and time to do what he needed to. Would happily go back in future should I need something new then; but also feeling very assured with the warranty they provide that I can always call them if I needed anything!

Purchased a vehicle from Michael, very happy with his service, wasn't pushy at all. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this dealership again.

Mark is taking time to fix the issue but he resolve the issue.. A good work is done by steve foster..I recommend this place to others to buy a car.
