SmartLab Service Centre - Darwin

Popped in with a laptop charger problem. Confirmed faulty power lead. SmartLab didn't have one in stock to purchase, so supplied one of theirs free of charge!! Wouldn't accept payment. Over and above!! Thanks, guys. Much appreciated.

Racquel Yamat (Customer ) - Thank you very much to the Smart Lab Team - Michael and Tim, for the excellent service they gave me when I had issues with my Samsung phone. Michael liaised with the Samsung VOC team and everything has been finalised with Samsung within a short period. Great local business which I will continue to support.

My Experience of Smart lab is that they communicate well, seem to be very open and honest, are willing to answer questions and also offer excellent technical expertise. I did not feel intimidated by a 'superior minded expert', but rather supported and informed - and offered choices... I also did not feel like they were in a hurry to get my money but rather they wanted to build a long term customer relationship. Thanks to Tim at the counter and the 'back end' team.

Over a few years Smart Lab has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Be it an easy fix (for them) or complex problems fixed. Staff great.

I have nothing but praise for Staff at SmartLab. It was devastating having my mobile phone die and other Businesses telling me that nothing could be retrieved. All my photos of my late Parents and Brother, my Family photos and my recent holidays pics gone. Thankfully Smart Lab was able to retrieve them. Everything else I can replace with a bit of work.Thank you SmartLab

Every effort was made to repair my heavily damaged phone but it was not successful. SmartLabs, without me asking, reimbursed for the unsuccessful repair attempts, and then configured my new phone perfectly. Couldn't ask for better service.

Highly recommend the team at SmartLab. These guys are the best in Darwin. Their work is excellent and they are super professional with their communication and timeframes are great. They get our repairs done quickly which is good for business.

I cannot believe how horrendous the service was. Was told 48-72 hours to fix. Then they emailed 5 days later saying it'll be longer. After a week of no contact called and they said don't know how long because they're waiting for a part (they told us they had the part when we dropped it off). A week LATER (2 weeks now) with no contact they say that Friday. Then delayed til Monday, then delayed two more days, then delayed another day. No contact from them until 10 minutes minutes before the phone would be supposedly ready. HORRENDOUS do not take your phone here if you have a chance. it's been over 3 weeks and still don't have phone. They also lied to Samsung when we called because of our problems.said it would be ready that day at 3pm to Samsung, its now been 24 hours after that and phone still not ready.

My Samsung Z Fold 2 was fairly sick. Smart lab staff took great care of it. Although the parts took some time it has returned to me in like new condition which is 100% better than when I took it to them. Great dealing with all staff and they kept me up with it's progress.
