I found it easy to speak to the audiologist at all appointments and she went out of her way to ensure all my concerns regarding the sound levels, comfort etc. were met. The audiologist did not find my never ending questions, changes of plans, changing again and any problems dealt with it all professionally but friendly. Thank-you.
