I booked my car to be serviced (Complimentary First Service) on 11 August 2022.But I accidentally presented on 4 August 2022 early (7 days early).Mr William Sansom (Service Advisor) was very helpful and understanding, in that he cheerfully allowed my car to be serviced, that very same day.I am deeply grateful for the courtesy and understanding extended towards me (as I am aware of how disruptive such unannounced presentations can be).The service and courtesy extended to me by the Trinity Kia staff was exemplary.“I will return!”Mick

A very challenging process to purchase a vehicle. Over the course of purchasing a three year old used vehicle (IVO $30K), we have experienced the following:- Incomplete contract sent through. Several of the buyers signatures involved acknowledging disclosed factors of the vehicle, such as warranties in effect. The expectation was that we as the buyer blank signed this prior to receiving information on the car. The salesperson said that we shouldn't worry about it.- Freight price to Sydney mis-quoted twice. starting at $800" before contract was signed

Best experience I have had buying a new car in my whole life. Sales staff were great. Friendly knew their product and NOT pushy! Showed me the various options, let me have two test drives including over night. Didn’t try to get every possible dollar out of me but we agreed to a mutually acceptable price.Made me feel like a valued customer. Never brought an Isuzu from this dealership before but this is my third new car from Trinity in 16 years.

If i could score lower I would.. Ttrinity had my car yesterday for a recall. I asked to have an error code diagnosed that had manifested over the weekend. Was told it would be done by lunch. Tried calling all afternoon and left a message. Get an automated text at 3 telling my car was ready only to be told 'no time to hook up the scan tool, will have to book it in for next year'This morning Engine light comes on.. luckily i was able to go to another shop and have it diagnosed and fixed within a couple hours, without having it pre booked..

He was so helpful through the whole process of buying our new car and even when we had problems with our bank, he went above and beyond to help us. Took my Jaguar SUV there for its first service. The lady I was dealing with was very polite an professional. Pricing for service was good, as it was free due to Jaguars free servicing when I purchased vehicle new on the Gold Coast.
