Absolutely disgusting service. Called the driver, and said I could meet him in Byron or closer to the highway, he said nah it was all good he knew where I was. I sent a message to ask what time he was coming, and gave me a window of 2-4pm, to which I told him I needed to be somewhere else by 3pm.The driver then said, he could leave my board. I am sorry but we are paying a lot of money for custom boards and wants to just leave it? When I told him that didn't work for me, he said I could pick it up from his house at Robina. Why would I want my board taken to his house? How unprofessional is that?Then he could drop it off the following week!The guy managed to drop it off before 3pm thankfully, but just left it on my lawn, no call on arrival or text or hand to hand delivery.Then continued to be agressive and have a go at me because he thought I lived 17km closer. How is his mixup then my fault?WORST SERVICE, AND INTIMIDATION! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Terrible communication, nightmare to deal with.If you don't like communicating with your customers I suggest you start a relationship with surf shops that can act as a pickup-dropoff point for you. It would make everyone's experience a lot more pleasant.

Please be aware of this business, as they do not operate in an Ethical manner. I could go on and on with the deplorable experience they lashed on me. Avoid at all Costs. There are others that provide an excellent service

Had to drive from Syd to Bris and back to pick up my own shortboard. Pretty poor initial communication turned into no communication after the booking, no commitment to a pickup time was adhered to, and zero contact after a no-show. Board was never picked up, ghosted as far as contact goes.
