Rarely a good price and reluctant to barter.Other than some goods they have had for a while and want to clear for new stock this place asks a pretty high second hand price on stock. A 10% - 15% decrease off the price of new RRP goods that are well used and not willing to barter is a bit silly. Also their gold buying prices are well below the standard.

Don't bother, YOU WILL NOT GET FAIR VALUE.As an experiment I took a SNES mouse (a very obscure item) and I got $3. I saw it on the shelf a week later for $59.They are only looking to gouge you so do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else.I also had the date of my return visit wrong by a few days, and as you can see by their unpleasant and borderline hostile response below they can be quite unprofessional in their customer service.

Recently I took a vacuum cleaner and a carpet shampooer to sell, they didn't want them because they weren't new and straight out of the box. The vacuum cleaner had dust on it and they weren't going to waste their time cleaning it.

Truely excellent service. I noticed an advertisement on Gumtree and thought that I would make a phone call to get a true appraisal of the item from the staff. Additional photos were sent along with a very reasonable postage quote and a price reduction of the item into the bargain.All my questions were answered politely. When I asked to test a couple of functions to make sure that everything was working correctly, no hesitation and happy to accommodate. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. When I was happy with everything, an invoice was promptly sent to me via PayPal which I obviously paid.The item arrived 4 business days later here in Waurn Ponds, safe and sound, exactly as the pictures showed and working perfectly. VERY, VERY happy and would certainly do business with these people again. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!!

Staff are unless failed to tell me that my item was overdue and said if i collected on a certain day It would be so much and if i come a day later that my account would be charged a month extra i said that was okay as I got paid after and would have to pay the extra months fee that was no problem went to go collect today and called to have item ready and was told they Sold my item the week after I spoke with them.

Great friendly staff and good quality secondhand goods for sale.. also they are willing to talk and move on their prices for reasonable deals.

I needed 11 Nintendo Wii consoles with cables and none of the accessories. I play Super Smash Brothers for the Nintendo GameCube at a competitive level and it can be played on the Wii. That amount of consoles lets me host tournaments for 20+ people.Not a lot of places sell Wii consoles.. not a lot that DO sell them have 11. And NONE of them let you buy the console on its own. This store let me, and they gave me a great price.Really happy with the price and the service. Thank you

I was after a sound level meter with calibrator and found one on Gumtree offered by Hippopotamus Pawnbrokers Moreyfield. I put an offer to them and they accepted it.
