my sister when in a got a nose piercing and the person doing it put a nose stud in to small for the hole and the stud sunk in her nose and now its infected and the piercing in stuck under the surface of the nose

Found the manager extremely unfriendly and unnecessarily abrupt. We spent quite a bit of money in her store and I'm disappointed with her attitude towards customers.

The worst shop attendants I have ever seen. I was the only one in the shop but was never acknowledged or offered any help. The 2 ladies looked at me and just continued talking to each other. I advise everyone to go to Priceline, where the service is excellent and there's more merchandise in the store.

I came here to get a Tragus piercing just after Christmas and during one of the busiest times for them. They had appointments booked back to back but helped me get in about an hour from the time I had enquired. Even though they were busy, they were kind and patient to help me pick out the jewelry I was after and go through the paper work with me. My piercer was Tina and she was very professional and friendly. She made me feel comfortable during the piercing and did a great job. I went back a few days later to get another piercing by Tina. Same wonderful experience! Thanks Tina!
