We used Sublime technologies to fix an issue with a house alarm. They were proactive in contacting us through a Hi Pages enquiry. They talked us through a temporary fix over the phone to solve the issue until they could get out.The issue was fixed on the spot. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Book a visit for a quote over the phone. Daniel contacted us 1/2 hour before arrival, to let us know he was coming. After receiving a quote a couple of day later, we accept the quote and Daniel booked us in after our confirmation. Installation team leading by Jamie, were very professional from the time they arrived till the end. Jamie went through all settings for the system, from installing app's on phone, configuration of the system and use.We will use Sublime Technologies again if needed.

Simon was very understanding and explain everything we need to know about cctv and a security system.He was easy to understand and was happy to make changes to suit our needs.Once we agreed to the job, the work was completed in two days.It was a pleasure to have the guys who installed the system in our house, they we easy to talk to and were always happy to answers any questions we had.They also spend the time to set up the systems on our phones and how to operate the systems from the phones.Would recommend them to anyone.

After experiencing a home break-in I spoke with Dan from Sublime who promptly visited to give advice on stepping up our security. His knowledge was excellent and he prepared a quote efficiently by the same evening.He then arranged for the team to start swiftly. It was a good couple of days work and they were punctual, professional and unobtrusive each day. The team at Sublime are great guys and do really good work. Chris in particular has been been awesome to deal with over the years. We have used them a number of times now and they might not have been the cheapest but they have always been reliable and professional. I recommend them to all my family and friends!
