I didn't know anything about vacuum cleaners nor did I have any idea what I wanted. But Joe told me everything I wanted to know, demonstrated a couple of best suited ones for my needs and taught us everything we need to know about keeping the cleaner in good shape. Never got this experience from anywhere else as other places expect us to know everything and they just there to make more sales. Awesome specialised service. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Just talk to them. Then they will do their job well

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm glad that Godfrey's is not hesitating in hiring experienced and professional staff and is not fixated on hiring just young staff only.I have a wall mounted vacuuming system at home and had no luck finding vacuum bags at Bunnings and I was told to find the bags on internet.When I showed the photo of the vacuuming system, staff at Godfrey's immediately showed me the bags. The whole purchase process took less than 2 minutes. (Applause!)

Just visited to get someone to help me get the end of my vacuum cleaner hose off. Being elderly I couldn’t remove it and needed to get something out that had stuck up there. Thank you so much Peter for your help. I love a ‘can do’ attitude.

Terrible service. Took my Dyson in to get a service and the short blonde curly haired lady (either Trish or Sue as I called up to ask her name but the gentleman couldn’t tell me). She tried to humiliate me infront of other co workers and staff members. She said no we don’t deal with Dyson and then proceeded to tell me it’s my job to clean out my vaccum not theirs because it had some fluff on the vaccum head. I have previously had this done before at Godfrey’s Prahran with no issues. Sad that you can’t get good CUSTOMER SERVICE anymore

Very friendly staff, they explain to me what vacuum do I need not only by talking, but with a professional demonstration.Absolutely love my new vacuum. 5 stars service and products well deserved.

I generally don't write a review unless I feel I need to. My dad and I really like Godfreys Chadstone is because of the great service Sean has given us. Sean has always been very helpful, exceptional and excellent in explaining some of the products Godfreys can offer. I strongly believe that others gave a thumbs up to this store is purely because of Sean. @Godfreys team, please appreciate Sean's effort in providing excellent customer service. People like Sean are hard to find.
