Purchased a Mazda cx-3 from here a week ago. The whole team was great and made the entire experience super easy and enjoyable. Nigel was great, no pressure, just quality information and advice.

The moment we walked off the council strip we were jumped on by several sales people, no time to think or to look around, very pushy so we went elsewhere and brought our new car, professional service is all we wanted.

Updating my review. Poor service. Terrible car. Had a replacement for my original car and the replacement is not worth my insurance costs. New car has issues and you can't get in to book to get them fixed. Engine issues are cosmetic problems. Electric issues are fine. Brand new car under warranty but I have to fix myself. Highly suggest you don't come here to buy or to get services done. Disappointed is an understatement.

Put a deposit down on a swift sport happily when salesman said it’s totally refundable. But after this,they say it’s conditional refundable which I’m have not been told by the salesman when I signed the contract

We purchased a Suzuki Vitara Turbo in 2022. The sales team were great. The service team are ok at handling general drop oil and change filters etc. However are not so good at dealing with warranty claims. We had the head unit software updated with out our knowledge as the vehicle was in for a non-log bog repair. A week later the head unit was not operating. We called to have this looked at, could not get it looked at for 5 weeks. Got dignostic done on the head unit was told it needs a new head unit. Being checking in for the last 4-5 weeks to see when the new head unit will arrive and still can not give date they will have it fixed by.After sales experience is terrible, they want to do everything to get the deal done but fail to care about maintaining aftersales customer satisfaction in a timely maner.

If I could give 0 stars than I would! Put my car in for a warranty claim on the air con vent cover falling off due to no reason apart from being faulty. We were told rudely that this clearly was our fault and we must have damaged it despite our car being in immaculate condition and no evidence of anything else happening to that area of the car. To top this off, we were charged $180 for them to replace a louvred piece of plastic on the air vent.When we tried to discuss the matter and what we expected to be rectified we were spoken over the top of by the person on the phone and rung at 4.20pm to see if we would be picking up our car as they wanted to close for the day despite receiving earlier communication that they close at 5pm.Really disappointing service and it seems that they won’t cover anything for warranty with no actual reason or want to discuss how they came to their conclusion.

Had such a great experience with Shane. Was a smooth process and he explained everything so well. We can’t thank him enough for all his help with everything. Will definitely recommend.
