The combination massage was just perfection. Relaxing yet strong and effective - my whole body feels incredible after being so tense from WFH. The staff here are so lovely and talented. Will be back for sure! And thank you again for my amazing massage!

It was a lovely massage, so relaxing. Only expected it to be harder. I still loved it, however I went for a deep tissue and it was more relaxing than deep. I asked the masseuse for harder but I’m not sure she understood. Lovely people though. I I’ll probably try again!

Worse massage I’ve had, seriously, untrained, no idea, lucky I didn’t come out worse after having her walk around in my back before I realised how inexperienced she was.

I have been having massages here since Sala opened & each massage has been getting progressively worse. Then I had the worst massage I have ever had last wk. I arrived 15 mins early to my appt that I had booked through text msg to only be asked (after I arrived) if I could come back tomorrow. I felt like I was double booked. I had booked for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. The staff member pretty much stood on my back with her knees & feet for most of the 1 hour & her hair even fell on my back. This is the worst massage I have ever had & I have given Sala around 4-5 more goes in the hope they would improve. Absolutely disgraceful service & massage & I will never go back there again.

Booked on Thursday for tonight. received confirmation email - details all correct. Received reminder text message - details all correct. Arrive for booking on time. Girl at counter has no record of my booking and can’t do the service as booked. I am so bummed. I had been a regular before lockdown. Time to try somewhere else
