I was sitting having a coffee in the Willows opposite this travel agents with my small child. I thought I'd give them a call and try to book an appointment for the following day. The time I called was 0830, the shop assistants were sitting talking to each other drinking from cups.The message on the phone said thanks for calling travel world

Needed a fairly last-minute trip back to the UK to visit family, but also wanted a couple of side trips along the way. Lee was fantastic and able to book everything very efficiently!

Unhelpful unless you commit to purchase. Imagine if other businesses we unhelpful unless you commit to purchase. Some effort you put in will go to customers who don't purchase. If you don't understand that, get out of retail and travel industry. Price quoted was 2 times what it should have been as it turns out, so do your research before potentially getting ripped off here. Other travel agent was helpful. No excuse or room for unhelpful agent". My advice
