Nguyen Hot Bread
I purchased a roast pork banh mi. The roll was crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft inside. There were plenty of salad and roast pork and crackling. It was delicious from the first bite to the last and quite filling. It delivered on the hype that drew me to the bakery. I highly recommend this place for a banh mi.

Hidden Gem for Crispy Pork Rolls!!This is my go-to place for pork rolls as they're not stingy with the good stuff either which is why it's a go-to one for many. Not to be confused with the neighbouring Nguyen Hot Bread store but it's the left-hand side bakery for those wondering (facing the store).Definitely go for the pork crackling roll as you would get a generous amount!

One of my favourite crackling pork rolls in Sydney! They're always generously packed to the brim. The staff are lovely too. My one wish would be for there to be a tad more sauce for extra flavour. Make sure you don't confuse it with the Nguyen Hot Bread next door (I nearly went to the wrong place haha!).

I have tried a few of these Viet Bun Minh around and I must say that this is one of the best yet. I tried the Crispy Pork Roll and it was amazing and I just had to come back the next day and get another.Good job Nguyen Hot Bread. I will most definitely come back for more.

Popular bakery/ Vietnamese take out. They can sell out of their popular pork rolls and a short line is expected on weekends. Reasonably priced, placing order via phone is tricky with an English barrier but for the food itself, I recommend and will support this business.

The Banh mi here nice! The pork crackling one is special as not many places does it. They used to have another shop on the same street but now its only one… so when they are busy you can expect a bit of a wait. But its always worth the wait.

One of the better places for pork roll. They're generous which the crispy skin on the cracking pork rolls. Bread is also soft and crispy. Would recommend, better than cabra pork rolls
