Woolworths Moe

I frequently shop here, and I just have to say I’ve been disgusted with the stock levels. Almost every single day I go in nearly every product I’m after is completely out, from meat and chicken to noodles and rice. I went in to buy some meat for dinner and the whole section was empty so I walk over to the deli and everything is still out so i decide I’ll get chicken instead just to be informed that the deli was closed.Thought okay I’ll cook some frozen food instead absolutely nothing and this has been 4 days in a row. Pick up ya game woolies.(Refuse to shops at coles, they sold me off chicken and refused my refund)

I bought fan which was not fit for me. I been there within two hour to return or exchange but they didn't return. I put my fan there with bill. better to go coles, Kmart, Bunnings. They can return after 2-3 days even..such a bad experience. I'll neven go to Woolworth now.

Would have been five stars based flawless click and collect service.....that is up until the last time. Click and collect order in the evening. Pull into allocated car park for C&C, sent the store notification and waited....and waited.....and waited. After 20 minutes I rang (foot injury so couldn't go into store). Lights are on in the store and I watch from the car as the young employee who had been standing around leaning against a wall near the self check out goes to the service desk to answer the phone. I tell him the issue. In a few minutes he came out with maybe 30% of my order seemingly oblivious that most of the order is missing. I show him the items on my phone confirmation email. He goes back in, a few minutes later he came back out with more stuff and explained the rest of my order had been given to another shopper by accident (free of charge - lucky day for them, not so much for me). There's still stuff missing. He goes back in, a few minutes later and comes back out with more stuff. There's STILL an item missing. Finally, after an HOUR I get my final item and head home. Switching to Coles.

We went there and it was real busy, bout 4 or 5 o'clock but they had the free fruit for kids so grabbed one of them and tasted great

It's ok supermarket, a choice of 3 but you can't get everything from aldi unless you have no taste buds.Also, over 3 times 3 different cards had the same problem here, declines transaction with error but still takes your money, it will return in many hours but if you know how money works, you are in your rights to conclude the transaction and walk out.Make them fix this if it happens to you BC it's not right, they will only fix it if it hurts their pocket.I will be there soon for a trolley, I hope it's fixed bc I dont want to embarrass you again but I'm not gonna be embarrassed coming home to my kids without shopping.

We Use to Be Strict Coles Only Customers only, but only recently we had an extremely uncomfortable experience at Coles in Moe, so Now We only Go to Woollies, as they are So Helpful and are only too obliging to Go above and beyond to Help where they Can, Great Team Effort.Thank you To All the Staff, Your Truly A Powerhouse of a TeamMerry Xmas

Easy to park, plenty of products, very good service.

There is plenty of easy parking. The store has loads of goods to choose from. Very happy staff.
