Ordered shoes online on clearance. Tried to return after realising they were too narrow to which I wasn't able to since their T&Cs don't allow it. The team weren't helpful in helping me find a replacement product. Overall unsatisfied at how the business is run.

Terrible customer service!! I wanted to return a pair of boots and was told to send them in the mail with the receipt which I did, when they received the boots they told me they could not accept the return due to an undisclosed reason, after asking for them to return the boots back to me I heard no reply and never got the boots back. essentially lost over $300. People are better off directly buying their items directly from nike, Adidas etc. or other stores like rebel and ultra football.

Easily the worst company I’ve ever had dealings with.I bought a shirt and it was faulty, the letters and numbers fell off after wearing it for under an hour. Clearly using fake products as I have never had this issue before.I spoke to Shane who is a terrible human being, he lied about wanting to help and when I sent the shirt back he binned it and then told me he would replace it but continued to lie about being able to do anything about it.He continued to lie for months and so I wanted to see how far he would go and he even made up he had ordered more shirts when he had not.He was then too scared to answer my calls or emails and pretended to not be available or present.They lie and sell fake merchandise. Please save your money don’t get stung like I did

Shoes arrived fine - spent a month trying to chase an invoice, including multiple emails and calls. Requests always had to be directed to the owner who completely ignored them. Ended up not being able to get reimbursed for the shoes which cost me $200. Would not shop here again.

Ordered a Matildas jersey before Christmas for a late-January birthday present for my daughter. No response to email enquires and phone calls went unanswered. No communication or delivery still by mid-Feb, but luckily I used PayPal and they refunded me. Thanks for ruining a little girl’s birthday. Would not recommend.

Made an online order 7 weeks before Christmas and received a confirmation email from them. Follow up 4 weeks later to be told that my order did not go through.Was told on the phone that it was my fault for not checking my account. Very rude.Do not recommend using this business.

Do not buy from them!They sent me a damaged item, I sent several emails and they did not even reply after a month. After I called they refused to help and even started to be extremely rude. I spoke with their manager/owner who is extremely aggressive, and was even yelling at me. The worst customer service ever!Don’t make the same mistake, look elsewhere because if anything goes wrong they will ignore you!

Ordered pair of boots last year in November for Christmas Gift. Now next year in Feb still haven’t received the item or any update on tracking. Called multiple times and their response is always Aus post has probably not scanned it, and that they get back to me yet no reply back, no response on email aswell. Asked to put investigation to Aus post to see what’s going on and if they lost the package, yet still no reply. Been over 2 months, absolute shocking. Still waiting for my reply back/refund. Avoid at all cost !!!
