Wanted to say what a credit to the business I think your staff are, both the ladies in the office and the gentlemen that came to the house (on all occasions). While it took some time to resolve, the staff were very professional and accommodating, and we were so grateful when the final visit fixed all issues.

We are now using Climate Air for our 3 monthly servicing for our business in Paget and from start to finish they have been wonderful to deal with. From the Admin side to the Techs arriving on site. As a big company the vendor process of getting quotes approved, setting up the company details and inducting the techs to our site can be quite lengthy but Climate Air have been cooperative and helpful with quick responses even when we have had urgent call outs. We are happy with our decision with choosing them so far and we would recommend their service.

The guys went above and beyond & the owner who came out and quoted us is so lovely! One of the technicians also noticed a PowerPoint bracket was loose that my 1 year old could potentially stick his fingers into so he fixed it for me. Such a nice gesture! I’d never go with anyone else!

To the guys that fitted the new air conditioners. The young apprentice how worked all day in the hot Sun without a complaint. Even left the job clean and took all the rubbish away.
