Absolutely disgraceful customer service, the employee didn’t know how to work the console, understandable(must be new) when they called for the manager, who didn’t look the part, she was rude, arrogant and passive aggressive. I thought I would give it a try because it’s recently newish and looks flash. Turns out 7/11 will stay as my go to, based on the managers attitude.

We always get our fuel from here, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Stocks usual range of stuff you'd expect at a local Servo; milk, bread, lollies etc. Also has bags of ice available.

Update - (24th Apr '23) - tried to call their 'customer service' number per their response and it just hangs up on me. Deplorable service. NOT WORTH ANY STARSAll smoke and mirrors for customer service. Visited this morning at 4:45 am and their eftpos machine was not working on my phone app. The manager was very rude to me after they had made my coffee. I only had $4.00 and the cheapest coffee was $4.95 so he sent me away without the coffee they had just made. My CC on my phone worked all day everywhere else until tonight at another BP where it was declined again. Seems the issue is not with me, but with BP. My issue is with the first BP and how rude the manager was and the fact he gave me a lecture about always having cash. I am over 60 years old and I do not need lectures like that when the issue is not with me.

Nice clean service station with big range of products as well as competitive fuel.

Definitely one of the nicest petrol stations I’ve been to. Great music, ambiance and staff.

Clean and well-presented store and the quality of the fuel is definitely a cut above what else is available locally, how my car feels to drive afterwards is any indication, staff friendly and pricing is competitive highly recommended

This service station consistently charges about 15 cents per litre more than Brisbane and Gold Coast prices. If you are heading to Brisbane, save your money and fill up further south. An absolute rip off to tourists and locals.
