Purchased two modem / routers, both, D-Link DSL-526B ADSL2/2+ Ethernet/USBModem Router - High-Speed ADSL-2/2+Could not get the modems to connect to our ADSL. Had phone support from D-Link, but still no luck.Ended up buying a Tenda Single Port ADSL2+ Modem, connected up, and within minutes was configured and connected to ADSL. I addition, it was also half the price.

Bought a modem that came with cashback promotion, sent in paperwork via registered mail, they never signed for it and never picked it up,, was sent back to me emailed them 3 times no reply. dodgy company.

24/7 support... What a joke... Our router stopped working after shutting the power off to our house for some electrical work to be done. Turned the power on and router not sending info to our devices. After my husband and I trying to trouble shoot and spending some time on the phone to our ISP who confirmed NBN was connected and working called D-Link for assistance. Was run through the same reset procedure 3 times by 2 different people and then told to contact the ISP as they couldn't possibly be able to confirm a connection without visiting the site in person and that the electrical problem could have been caused by lightning!??! (After I said the power had been turned off!) With our router settings showing a connected internet service and it being confirmed by the ISP decided to try again ourselves... Found a setting that seemed to make logical sense to be turned on (it was off) configured router with new setting and everything works again!! 55mins of my life wasted to tech support that couldn't solve my problem and condescending to boot! I will never buy D-Link again!

D-link security camera recorders are now letting us downfrom DNR220L TO DNR322L just no ability to view footagei used them for years no worry's but NOW .Trying to use them all i get is wasted time talking to someone from another country who cant get them going, Either because its just there company D-link does not know the solution because adobe flash player been Taken of the market probably brought by a corporate company for there own profit gain , honesty HA there not helping so there just simplyi AM in the direction on fazing out useless D-link productsConclusion Cheap But Useless

I needed some help with my Wi-Fi issues and spoke to a gentleman that was friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job and went out of their way to explain the options to me and narrow down my buying decision. Refreshing to experience this for a change.
