BEWARE THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR DAMAGE THEY CAUSE TO PROPERTY. We have a long rural driveway, The collection truck speeds down the driveway every time they collect, last week the truck veered off the driveway and caused thousands of dollars of damage to our driveway. JJ Richards has video evidence via their onboard camera on the truck of their driver doing the damage and they are refusing to pay for the repair. I have contracted them and discussed the damage and they admit to causing it, yet they are refusing to repair it.

Would not reccomend using JJ richards. Poor communication. When you sign a contract on price JJ richards have the right to up the price whenever they feel like it. The contract isn't worth the paper it's written on.
