Cutters are fine, sale prices were great, but customer service leaves room for improvement. My order took almost double the processing time listed on the site and I had to follow up twice in this time - the order didn't get processed for over a week from when I placed it. I understand things get busy but a courtesy email to explain the delay would have been appreciated. I was told the order would be sent the next day via express. It was posted 3 days later using regular mail, so further delayed. I requested handles at checkout and these were not provided on a single cutter. One cutter sent was incorrect, yes they are sending out the correct replacement but with no information regarding how long I will now be waiting for this one. I tried to support a small family business somewhat local to me but unfortunately can't recommend after this order. All minor issues but when snowballed together and the onus is on the customer to chase up it becomes incredibly frustrating.They have now stopped responding to me asking about the replacement cutter, it has been over a week and no update. Latest reviews are not genuine and only posted after they started asking friends for positive reviews!Owner has now blocked me from her page which speaks volumes. Avoid like the plague unless you value being lied to and poor service!One cutter has now broken on first use. When requesting a refund I was given a serve from the owner about leaving this review.Perhaps responding to emails more politely and keeping to promised time frames would prevent reviews like this from occurring in the future.
