Extremely unhelpful and rude older lady who looked me up and down in disgust when I ran in to see if they could help with a battery issue I was having. Very unsupportive of travellers who genuinely needed help, because without power we have no fridge etc.. it was a shame to stop into a big town and have this kind of experience.. we won’t be back that’s for sure! And I wouldn’t recommend any travellers to enter this store.. seems the locals here only give a hoot about other locals!

Ok i went in there at the end of my tether with the car - cant stand push button start cars that insist on erratic behaviour. Less electronics the better IMO. Anyway went in there and they had the battery I needed at a reasonable price. The service was outstanding and they fitted it straight away. When the car played up again they were patient and helped trouble shoot it. Car is going well now. Thankyou to the team at Battery world.

Unfortunately battery world could not supply the battery pack that I needed. I understand that the batteries are no longer available. Staff did try for me.
