Bupa Dental Warringah Mall

From start to finish my recent experience at Bupa Dental Warringah Mall was outstanding! Very warm, professional, efficient with excellent communication. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service overall.Staffing at the front desk is amazing shout out to Nick explaining on the overall process.Visited Dr Diane Bruncke, she along with her assistant AK provided all necessary information alongside the procedures, and afterwards as well. Overall very happy with the visit for a General Checkup & examination.

The practice is great .. reception staffs, dentist assistants and dentists there are the most professional and the atmosphere is so relax. They even call you to check on you … so caring!

They spent the time to get to know me. Felt a great connection rather than just a transaction. The dentist was also very gentle and thorough and i felt confident that i had had the best care. The upsell was there but not pushed down my throat merely things to think about which i appreciated.

Had my first dental appointment in a long time. Booked in with the most fabulous dentist, Diana and her fantastic dental assistant , Mandy. Diana was absolutely amazing in her approach. I felt this dental treatment forever changed my fear of going to the dentist. What caring and skilled professionals they both are. Highly recommend Bupa at Warringah Mall.

Definitely recommend this dentist! I'm always fearful and really don't like going, but due to moving from overseas I had to look for a new dentist. James was so friendly, helpful and really makes you part of the whole process. I had to get treatment for a decay, he made sure there was no pain during the procedure and gave extra anastatic when necessary. Front office were very friendly and lovely too when I called yesterday to do a last minute reschedule.

I just had my appointment and all professionals involved deserves my 5 stars. They helped even looking after my two boys crying in my pram while I had my cleaning. You made my day ❤️ thank you!

Today I took my two daughters to Bupa Dental Warringah Mall and the service we received was outstanding. We were greeted by two of the most delightful and professional front desk ladies and then received top class treatment by two highly professional and knowledgeable dentists who related beautifully to my girls. Before any treatment was received my account was checked and I was assured there would be no gap payment. Both children will need ongoing treatment and both will return happily as it was such a positive experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to every staff member we encountered today.

Bupa Dental Warringah Mall has been everything I needed and more. Dr. Diane has been super professional and kind . Both of her assistants Mandy and Rachel have been really great as well . And, Hana the receptionist has given me super helpful advice to get the best benefits from my Bupa membership. Recommend 100%

My experience with Bupa Dental Warringah Mall has been sensational! I am overwhelmed and very appreciative of how extremely helpful and supportive all the staff are. Their customer service is of the absolute highest standard. They take time to ensure their customers needs, concerns and questions are all addressed and are always very happy to provide quotes for out of pocket expenses. The dentists, specialist dentists and dental assistants are all very friendly, very experienced and take time to answer questions and reassure. They not only provide free (no gap) clean and examination for Bupa members but also provide the full range of dental services including the more complex such as tooth extraction all at very competitive rates. As they are a Bupa Platinum Dental, I am now fully utilising my bupa dental cover and therefore have a lot less out of pocket expenses.
