We purchased a fridge from Laurie and the service was fantastic. A few months in we had some issues and he was incredibly helpful. Not only did he solve our problem, we ended up with an even better fridge than what we started with. We’re travelling full time and to not have a fridge is a nightmare, but Laurie got us back up and running as quick as possible, even lending us a loan fridge. Top bloke!

I would recommend this company they were very helpful. Telling me what was causing the issue with the 12v up right fridge freezer .Also told who to take to get the voltage drop problem fix as it was not the fridge issue.Thank you for your help today.

Our Isotherm campervan freezer compartment was damaged when we hit a major pothole in northern NSW. We found Laurie on line and made an appointment to go to Pimpama. We arrived at 9 am and by 9.45 were on our way again, all solved. He even had a replacement freezer door on hand!Thanks Laurie - fantastic service :)John

I purchased my vitrifrigo from Laurie from DC Fridge approximately one year ago. I had a couple of minor issues with it, which thanks to Laurie where attended to immediately. He organized on both occasions to have a tech check out the fridge whilst I was travelling “outstanding service” Laurie is one of the rare breed old school customer comes first type of guy. I cannot recommend him or his company high enough. I also love my vitrifrigo 150 litre slim line. Considering it’s in my 4WD sprinter van that has gone through some really hot places and over corrugated roads it’s so far a stellar performer. Thanks Laurie for everything!! You have definitely one me over as a customer for life my friend.

dc helped me out with ease , found was low voltage and a build issue . thx dc appreciate your assistance. We travelled from wollongong to see DC because he’s the best in the business . I fully recommend him . He tested our whole system traced wires and temp tested our 3 fridges . The price charged was fair and reasonable .

These guys are great, needed a new part on short notice before Easter, ordered on a Monday and received it on a Wednesday. Very helpful and available for support. Thanks guys!
