One of the most positive Aust online shopping experiences I've had. Justin was very helpful from the ordering stage, through to the delivery stage - my order was complicated, but Justin worked it through with me and I had my bike within a few days. He even followed up with a post-delivery phone call to confirm that everything went to plan.
