I've have had 12 cars over the past 50 years, all of which were bought through various dealers.Without doubt the most professional and pleasing to deal with has been Moss Vale Volkswagen. Thanks Jon.

Wouldn’t recommend servicing your car here. Had a major fault with the gearbox of my VW Golf which we took in to be replaced. That was fine (expensive but fine) and the gearbox works as it should but suddenly we were told the water pump was broken and they wouldn’t recommend driving the car (there’d been NO indication of this issue prior to it going in for a gearbox replacement and with what’s happened in the months following in hindsight I question if in fact there was a leak). So, two costly repairs were made. When it went in for its annual service a few weeks after the repairs were completed out of the blue they tell me the oil separator has oil leaking from the seal. Again, no indications that there’s an issue (no oil stains on floors, abnormal engine temps or engine warnings). I was skeptical so I took it to another mechanic to verify the leak. They couldn’t find any leak whatsoever. After speaking to VW and informing them there was no such leak they came up with a farfetched explanation it wouldn’t be seen as they’d cleaned it up and it wouldn’t be noticeable until more kms had been driven. They said bring it back in 1000km and they’d check it again. I guess they were hoping I’d just ignore it or dismiss it and not bother bringing it back. No. After driving 2000kms (yes, an extra 1000kms on what they recommended, so the leak should be really obvious right???) I again took it in to an independent mechanic. I had no trust in VW Moss Vale whatsoever by that point and wasn’t willing to take it in to them so they could ‘magically’ find a leak. You guessed it. Not a single drop of oil found leaking. It makes me wonder how many other people this has happened to where unnecessary repairs were made to parts that weren’t faulty (going by the reviews here, quite a lot). Luckily, my car is now out of warranty so I can take it anywhere for its annual service but if you have a car under warranty that needs to go back to a VW service centre I’d recommend driving that little bit further to Campbelltown to get it done. You’ll be better of financially in the long run when you don’t end up with a laundry list of unnecessary repairs!

I recently purchased an R-Line VW Golf through this dealership. Alan was amazing, his colleague Darren was also very knowledgeable about the features on the car. I would thoroughly recommend buying a car through this dealership. Alan thanks once again. It goes without saying that I'm really impressed with the car.

Stay away from this lot, expensive and said we needed a new water pump on our Golf, second opinion showed we didn’t also they quoted around $4300.00 for the service, other car service place charged $1510.00 genuine VW parts too, for exactly same work.

Had my Tiggy's 5 year service done here about a month ago. I had issues with loss of 1 litre of coolant however after pressure checking I was informed it was not leaking. Skeptical at first but after a month the level has not dropped so I am happy with my full 5 year service by Moss Vale VW.

Service Centre here is shocking!! I have serviced my car here twice and on both occasions was very specific that I had kids to collect when making the booking. Car was never ready on time, I was always charged extra and the same issues continued to pop up. I was called and quoted for parts that should have been covered by warranty and if I wasn’t the wiser would have paid for them. The car never ran properly!! You are better off taking the time to drive to Sydney where you won’t be ripped off and you’ll actually get your car serviced properly!!

Everything was nice and pleasant up until the vehicle was delivered. Then all the problems started once it hit the workshop.Would not recommend hard 1/5 for after sales from this VW dealership.Drove to a dealer in Canberra to get my warranty issues resolved.

Took my Golf GTI in for its annual service on Wednesday. Told them about the bulging sidewall on front tyre. On collection I was told it was ‘all good as no canvas was showing’. Two days later the wall sprung a leak and I woke to a flat.Glad it didn’t happen on freeway or early on a week day morning when I was trying to get to work. Luckily - just a Saturday morning ruined.Should of trusted my own instincts and not their advice. As for the complementary wash. Nice intentions but all the missed bits made it look worse.First and last time with these clowns.

Recalls are a great way for a dealership to meet new clients and impress them. It’s a shame Moss Vale Volkswagen didn’t phone me back after saying they would, have very slow systems and spelled my name incorrectly.

Learn moresale. they are unable to service your car or fix any issues . Buying car here is like buying Russian roulette. My advise is If you want to purchase a car go somewhere out to other car dealer and less you want a lemon then purchase here in Moss Vale Volkswagen. I personally don't recommend anybody to buy a car or serviced at this place.
