The franchisee is always late, never comes when he commits to a time and can't wait to leave. We have engaged his services on 3 occassions and each time has been excessively late. He confirms that he can do a particular job but doesn't finish it. He was meant to come this morning and arrived at 3pm and after 30 minutes said he was finished- only mowing lawns (with help from another person). He had committed to weeding, debudding, thinning out our plants as well as mowing and edging front and back. He had to be reminded to finish everything, however when he had left it was discovered that he hadn't completed any debudding of any plants. I have been patient after 3 attempts but won't be, getting him back again. Basically we only want basic garden maintenance regularly and done properly. Not a great advertisement for FOX mowing. Will be looking elsewhere.
