Probably a 4.5, except they are a bit slow to make an initial response. But after that, everything was good. Both visits (measure & install) were on time. The product itself still seems top notch after a year

Geelong Central Screens/Amazon is an Australian owned and run company with materials sourced from other local companies and made and installed by local workers.They only get 4 stars from me as most trades people know you cannot please everyone all of the time. There workers have been courteous and helpful from the first meeting to the installation. I would recommend any one to call them and see for yourself.

Don't waste your time with this company. Guy who came out and did initial quote was 45 minutes late and didn't even apologize. Was told we would have a quote in 1 - 2 days...a week later we are having to chase this up. Wasn't directly said but was obvious our quote was forgotten about. Were then told we would receive a quote by the end of the day. It's now 11pm and still no quote. Looks like someone else will be doing the job.
