EPIC Assist

I'd worked with other employment agencies before, but when my son, who is an epileptic, was working with EPIC Assist, I was extremely impressed. The people there were all very caring, nurturing people who just wanted to see you succeed in what you wanted to do, rather than just force you to find a job. When I discovered that my physical problems would not get better, and I qualified for help with EPIC, I went to them. I knew what I wanted to do (stationery design, sold online) and they were extremely supportive, and helped me integrate looking for a job, with working for myself. They are down-to-earth, with a sense of humor, and really caring and nurturing. They constantly cheered on my tiniest of successes, and were there for me every step of the way. When you've struggled to make a living for so long, and when you have setback after setback, your confidence takes a dive, and it's hard to get it back. But with their support, as I started to grow, I wasn't alone. I'm nearly off of Centrelink support now, and they're still with me, cheering me on, as they have been for the past 3 years. I just can't tell you how valuable that support is! I can't recommend them highly enough.
