The dentists are nice, but always a HUGE wait and the reception staff have changed every single appointment time on me without any notification - and then make it out that I'd messed the appointment time up (even though it's been put in my calendar).

Have had a very negative experience in seeing Pacific Smiles Dental, Greenhills. There seems to be a disconnect between what the office staff have advised me and then what I was actually billed for, which is concerning when it comes to medical bills.The result was an unexpected out-of-pocket fee and then also maxed out my private health cover without my consent. I will not be returning as being able to have transparency of what services I will be provided, and also to be able to trust my dentist and not be charged for unexpected bills that I was not informed of is important to me when finding a dentist to help with both minor check-ups but also major issues that might cost thousands of dollars in expenses. I personally wouldn't trust doing a major procedure with this dentist after having experienced this.

Met a doctor kharel. Had a wisdom teeth removed yesterday.Never met such a good experience and understanding dentist. Travelled from Sydney to Maitland he made it worthy .Thank you for a good treatment doctor. 5 star and recommend everyone to visit doctor kharel.

I got all my teeth removed due to constantly needing fillings etc but had a terrible experience. Very unprofessional. They cut the front and back of each gum in front of each tooth to make the dentist’s life easier but the healing process for me longer. No antibiotics, no pain relief, sent away with bleeding gums, couldn’t eat for 5 days, was vomiting because of how much they bled, migraines, dehydrated, pain ++, and my wife who is a senior nurse was close to taking me to the hospital due to above issues. Concerned they also broke my jaw as is swollen & red. Still have mouth ulcers where they ripped out each tooth so have had to take more time off work. Also can’t wear the dentures still due to how swollen they still are even though over a week post procedure.

Very friendly and helpful. Great with children even autistic kids. Fantastic advice and multiple drs

Not happy with the service provided. I attended the surgery to have a tooth repaired. I went into the surgery, the dentist had a look and said I would need a filling. That was fine. He numbed me up and then left me sitting for 10 minutes while he went next door to assist another dentist. That's ok. Emergencies happen. He returned and repaired my tooth in record rapid time. A really quick adjustment to the bite. That was it. He did not polish my composite filling. Once the anaesthetic wore of it was really rough. After this I go to reception to be changed $315. $67 of it was for a limited oral exam. I must of missed something because he did not do any examination. The $67 was to bump up the fee. I have been a dental nurse for years and this was sub standard. I'm upset Because this has not been my experience from previous visits.
