If I could give 0 stars I would - Unfortunately although I’m happy with the car, the sales staff and management at this dealership have a lot to learn due to their arrogance and attitude. My advise is triple check your paperwork when dealing with these guys. Just because they agree with your requests doesn’t mean they follow through on the paperwork. Once they offload the car they don’t want to know or hear from you and take absolutely no care or responsibility for their mistakes or lack of product knowledge.I would advise purchase your vehicle at another dealer that will appreciate you as a customer. There are plenty other Haval dealers that are willing to have you as a long term customer unlike here.!
