The Premises.
The staff and service was great. The coffee here is amazing. One of the best lattes I have had in a long time. Had chicken waffles for breakfast and they were well portioned and beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We will definitely be back. Do yourself a favour and visit this cafe next time when you are looking to brunch with friends.

Even on a busy day, the service ran well, and being asked by different staff if we were ready to order. This is my go-to cafe when I have visitors and the food is always presented really well. Photos attached from different visits.

The Premises.
Visited a couple of weeks ago with my family for brunch. The cafe was pumping and we were lucky enough to be seated quickly. Service was friendly and the food was delightful. Everything was fresh and the portions were generous. Coffees were fantastic. Toilet available out the back. Street parking available but timed.

The Premises.
You would expect to get a meal after you ordered here… however what you receive is nothing less than a work of art! We had the smashed avo and it was prize worthy! Compliments to the chef does not seem enough. I wanted to go and tell them they are not being paid enough. We also got the brisket and it too was exceptional. Works of art cooked to perfection and served quickly. If I had to find something to critique I could only say the waiters could have been a little more friendly… however they were very busy and did their job well enough. Definitely returning to this place. A great experience.

I had been coming past here for ages and finally got to stop by and have some brunch. I’m always on the lookout for the best French toast as sometimes it’s overly done with too much fancy garnish. The French toast here hit the spot! With a dusting of pistachios on a mango really was a nice treat going into summer.They also offer a nice coffee selection including the magnificent Mantaray roasts. Service was quick and friendly! If anything make the trip here for the coffee and French toast!

Fabulous breakfast and brunch options here at The Premises. We adore this place, it’s been a favourite for years now. Very popular with locals and visitors alike, but no matter how busy it gets the service is always friendly and fast.The only problem?… Deciding what to order!!! Everything is so good!!!

The Premises.
We really enjoyed the Premises. The food was good the coffee really great and the service really lovely.The Cafe itself is minimalist and in my favourite colour scheme - dark green and warm wood! It had a bit of an American diner feel to it so had hubby's brisket. My chilli scrambled eggs were delicious! They'd ran out of tofu so it wasn't vegan but yummy nonetheless. I am sure we'll be revisiting to try other items on the menu.
