It's a family run business, so you are directly supporting locals. Wide variety of products. They only sell dogs and cats when they have rescues. Lovely hand reared birds. The owners and staff are lovely and very helpful.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place if you value your pet's health and good customer service.The bulk mince was very cheap but they gave me the wrong one - after being extremely reasonable (offering to pick up the correct one, sending pictures of the meat etc.) they were quick to reply to bluntly say they delivered the correct mince.I was 100% sure they gave me the wrong one since red meat and white meat look and smell different both raw and cooked, so they STOPPED REPLYING.Extremely poor customer service on their end, plus the quality of the meat was not even suitable for my two dogs who became lethargic when feeding this to them! Plus it has scraps of bones in there which is very dangerous if you were planning to cook the mince for them.

Terrible sales and service. Went in to buy a puppy with full intention to pick it up not even an hour and a half later, they told us they sold it to someone willing to pay extra. Had they had told us they can't hold it we would be have bought it straight away. Had they had told to leave a deposit we would have. Had they had told us to leave even a bloody phone number in case of this situation we would've. Manipulative, disgusting and down right appalling sales tactic to hike there price on an animal that was promised to someone else.

Purchased a puppy from this store last year, so far about 14k in vet bills due to a pre-existing congenital condition. Avoid this place if I could give it 0 stars I would.

I bought something online off ebay from this store and they pretty much sold me an unusable product.I’ve reached out many times and they have completely ignored my message, perhaps knowing their guilty conscience selling an unusable product without a DISCLAIMER that the product needs a specific tool for its use (which it doesn’t come with).Horrible customer service, I attempted to find a solution with them before writing any negative reviews but they have ignored all my messages.
