I went there to wash my car and spent $99.but waste of money.i can wash better than those prople.they charged me $99.if u guys want money then we want good service.i will not recommend any one.Plz don't go there.

!!DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!Star Car Wash brand and customer service is going downhill fast. My recent experience here was beyond was not. I paid for my car to be cleaned and the result was not satisfactory on any level. It is vey clear that the clean was not done properly. See the attached photos. I had waited for two hours and when picking my car I pointed out the unsatisfactory clean. The service offered to fix however, this was not reasonable considering I had already waited and paid for it to be done right the first time as well as having other things to attend to. I requested a refund but the service refused telling me to call the owner make a complaint. They refused to provide a contact number or details. This is also an unsatisfactory response to a customer. I will not be using this service again. !!DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Very bad service, paid for $70 and the car was be cleaned probably!

Not happy last 2 times. I asked specifically for wash and polish as i had sold my car. Bottom was dirty. Not polished. Really stuffy job.

This is one of the worst place to wash your car. No good communication, they don't know what they are doing there . I pay $69 for rubbish. Please dont go there because you will regret it.Very terrible job they did with my car.

It is not the cleaning I was expecting for 100 bucks they did clean the car but not at the level for the price point still had finger prints on the car and some dust residual

Worst experience. They didn't even try to vacuum the car, dusts were unwashed on the doors and they told it's 99 dollars for the wash, it's complete wast of time. Not worth money and time.

Disgusting service, initially went to the one on the coles side to get a car wash. The guy just stood there and looked at me when I rolled down my window and greeted him, no hello, no smile and no service whatsoever. I refused to give them my money so I left and went to the other one on the target side. The service there SLIGHTLY better, he at least said hello when I wound down my window. Told me car would take 2 hours for a platinum wash, which has gone up to $55 from $45 btw. Three and a half hours later I came out of the shopping centre and back to the car wash and asked the guy if my car was ready. I hadn’t received a text to collect it yet. He said yeah it was ready but there was a system glitch that’s why I didn’t get notified it was ready. No apology. No thank you on payment, nothing. Got in my car and drove home which is when I noticed (in the light) the glass was spotty from not being cleaned thoroughly, yellow and white marks all over the exterior body and seats and carpet not vacuumed thoroughly. If you’re looking for attention to detail, do not go here. Worst car wash! Will never go back there not even if it was half the price.
