Rang the number, response rufley 4 hrs later, could understand that as busy, this was Monday 26th,told have to get prices for parts and get back with quote, asked what was happening as need fixed evening 27th , now evening 28th no response feel totally irrelevant will now have to look elsewhere. If too busy say so and don't waste customers time as they are your bread and butter not happy Jane

After passenger side window repair there is way to much broken glass still inside door, left broken glass on my garage floor and never tested the window before leaving. It kept stopping every 5cm up or down. Luckily it went for service next day and window just needed lubing to prevent the friction stopping it.

Really grateful for the exceptional service I received from these guys.Bottom line: if you need your car window replaced, call these guys first before making an insurance claim!My initial contact was from Ash, who was very honest and offered to replace my car window for much less ($330) than the $550 insurance excess that other companies quoted me.They had my window in stock and the entire process from when Ash initially contacted me to when Clinton came to install the window took less than a day.Clinton showed up on time and completed the installation quickly despite the very rainy weather that day.Cannot recommend this business enough!

Nominated windscreen repairers from my insurance.Replaced windscreen and additional trim no worries (Oct'22). Installer left a heap of a mess and didn't clean up inside and around the car. Installed the windscreen wipers incorrectly. Called , messaged, called and called insurance to get it fixed. Still to this dates still no reply from them (Ash). My mechanic fixed and correctly reinstalled the wipers.Yes, insurance claim but very poor job satisfaction/pride in their work and follow-up. For this reason, I would avoid if they are still around.

Had a crack running the full length of my windscreen.They came to where I worked, staying in contact regarding arrival time, replaced my windscreen and reattached all stock standard accessories.Very professional, quality work.

Ash was friendly, reliable, professional and respectful. He has replaced 2 power window cables in my car after both have snapped. The job was done fantastically and left the site and area extremely clean and tidy upon departure. Would highly recommend Ash and his services.
