The Coffee Training Co.

I attended this course to help me understand the science behind preparing good coffee. As the co-owner of a vegan deli, we offer our customers nut milks instead of dairy, so it was important for me to understand the process and make the necessary adjustments when using Coconut, Soy, Almond and other nut milks.The course was excellent. Delivered in a friendly manner with purpose. Brent Deller is a passionate and knowledgeable coffee connoisseur and the small class made it easy for me to learn this knew skill without feeling overwhelmed. It has increased by confidence tenfold.
