I would not use this business again. My Smeg dishwasher crashes. The most expensive appliance and only 4 years old. The first visit the technician arrived was here for 10 min-15 min unfortunately i was not in the vicinity but he just did some checks and advised it works fine. Guess what, as soon as he left i switched it on and same error popped up. Paid $160 for that visit. Arrives second time paid again $160 and order replacement parts $270 but still doesn’t work. Then i recieve another quote for parts/labour worth $575. Well waste of money and they lack professional knowledge to repair anything. I ended up buying a new dishwasher. Extremely disappointed with their expertise and knowledge.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Will today in changing over our dishwasher. He was prompt, professional & knowledgeable. He also provided good advice on the best use of the new Bosch dishwasher, as well as assisting me with information regarding our future purchase of a new oven & hotplate. Dean was at my hoise within 20 mons of ringing up to make an appointment. Very friendly, professional and communicated everything that he was doing including costs. He had my dishwasher fixed in no time. Would highly recommend.

So incredibly impressed with Will's service today. Called me on the way, definitely turned up on time and provided a very honest service. Figured out what was wrong and never tried to tell me it was more than what it actually was. I would definitely recommend this company and if you get Will as your service technician...then you're onto a winner!! 10/10 without question!!

Repair my LG dishwasher but when he tried to fix the water inlet he broke the washer and refused to rectify. Blocked me on the phone

These guys are great. I was told when I called that it was a week wait, but then half an hour later they called and said they had a cancellation and could fit me in!! Really appreciated this follow up and consideration. Will, the guy who came out, was great. Super friendly, happy to show my kid all his tools and fixed my fridge quickly and thoroughly. Very happy with the service.

Yes the service is prompt, yes they did a good job.The trying to get an invoice with the correct information that was told to you is nearly impossible.If you pay $20 to get a insurance report done they may do it for you.I am a person with a disability and the ladies in the office treated me like I was some type of criminal. All I want is the factual information put down on my invoice so I can claim it through my insurance company.If you are person with a disability I do not recommend this company.Extremely rude.And hang up on me twice.You need a little bit of compassion and understanding with someone who has a disability and not treat them like dirt.Extremely disappointing.
