Expect poor customer care.I really want to like forty winks Dandenong, they have a great range and very good discounts on the clearance floorstock.BUT, after my recent experience of being a sold a bed that does not exist and never being called the poor customer service provided leaves a sour taste and means I might never shop here again.

Bought a King size King coil. Was 40% off, much cheaper than Harvey Norman. Went back a week later on black Friday sales and saw same bed for a further 10% off...So I asked if they would look after us? well they did Staff so friendly and helpful, we received the extra discount which equated to $200 dollars. We will not shop anywhere else now...Thank you 40 Winks. Best store for advice and beds at the lowest prices anywhere.

Staff are very knowledgeable, they give you time and space to try out the beds you want to try out, but give guidance on what would suit your sleeping needs. Great honest information minus the the sales pitch. I asked for thier best price on the bed i wanted and the guy didn't mess around. Very smooth transaction my wife and i felt very comfortable in this store. I researched online and had three store in mind to check out, but was all done in one stop. Highly recommend.

I walked into your store day.. Thursday 23 of February… the guy at the desk didn’t even notice I had entered the store as he was too busy on his mobile… as I started to walk down towards the back he said hello as the phone rang and he answered the phone instead of helping me… I then could hear him talking in another language… I was absolutely disgusted and just walked straight out! I was there to be a bed for $1500 I loved and even up walking out empty handed! I won’t be coming back to this store ever again!

My husband and I went to forty winks dandenong recently after the last lock down. We purchased couple of bedroom furniture and a king mattress and was served by Paz. He recommended we try bed match. He helped us with the testing machine and offered us best price which was way below our expectation. He was very friendly. I will definitely return to your store in near future.

Walked Into dandenong store and a young woman (staff) of Asian appearance was nearby who looked at me and wife with a straight face and not even a hello, turned her back and walked off to the customer service desk where she did nothing, seconds later walked up to where we both were standing, at this point I asked her a question where she said with no eye contact I'll be with u in a moment" and served a customer

I had extremely pleasant shopping experience at Forty Winks Dandenong. The sales person attended to me (Lou) was very helpful and her customer centric service was excellent. She helped me on technical questions to selecting products best suit to our requirements. We have purchased queen size mattress & base, and single size mattress. Definitely recommend especially to talk to Lou if you have a chance to visit there.

Bought a bed, told 2-6 weeks delivery.Gets to 8+ weeks and I've heard nothing. Call them up and no one can help me for few days.Finally get the call to tell me the bed has been discontinued and they're not sure why no one contacted me.Wouldn't refund over the phone. Made me come in and couldn't even do an instant refund. Am currently writing the awful review waiting around while salesman is on the phone attempting to do it...2/10, The guy who eventually figured it out was nice enough and did what he could and they didn't just pocket my money at least.

I ordered Bed, Side table and tall boy on 5 Aug, to which I was advised that the delivery date will be 3-4 weeks.With that being said I still have not received my products.Now, I was told since 20 Aug that the delivery is next week.As at today, only warehouse manager Kunal is responsive but no one else.Poor Experience and Customer Service.

Zero stars for the absolute worse customer service EVER. There was a middle aged man at the desk. After we asked a question he just pointed at what they have and kept ignoring us. Racist and judgemental. Would never come here again and have told the same for all my friend's and family whom have lived here for over 35 years.
