We took an old dog to get him bathed and groomed. The job was half done because he was stressed which is fine, however, the customer service we received was terrible and I would not take a dog back there because of this.

We have taken our shepherd here twice now, and both times she has come home looking and smelling amazing. They do a consistently fantastic job at deshedding and she smells amazing for weeks after each wash. Highly recommend!
