Rang up there today to ask where the premises was. The guy on the other end of the phone was quite arrogant as I had trouble finding the place. When I got in there he was even more rude. Whoever your current staff are I think they need to retrain them in manners and customer service.

Excellent facilities and service. I have stored twice with Elite and thier staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The facilities are immaculately maintained and the rates the best around.
