Pide Burnt, kebab cold, wrong ingredients ,my order was on the wrapping.This has happened a number of times, poor quality control and kebab are sometimes small and half empty. this is my first post ever online

I ordered a Beef kebab with tomato, lettuce and tabouli and homous sauce.No homous was added to order and the beef was very salty almost too much to eat without drinking a litre of water.Not happy with order and I doubt that I will return.

So disappointed! I was super full before I.got here but the food smelled and looked soo delicious I really wanted something- too full unlike my hubby who happily ate every morsel

Terrible, this place has really lost its touch, I rang up in advance to place my order and had to repeatedly state my order and eventually when they finally finalised the order they said 10 minutes. But little did I know that they only started my order as soon as I entered the store, it took them from the additional 10 minutes they initially stated plus an extra 25 minutes for a simple snack pac. I was also disgusted with the level of hygiene, the place comes off as unsanitary and unclean. Overall, I do not recommend and if you are interested in Arob food I highly recommend places in Richmond at least they stick to timeframes, an offer greater service and cheaper deals!

Very pricey and disappointed in the quality. My home delivery kebab was stuck to the inner paper wrapping and virtually destroyed my kebab as I tried to peel the paper off. My wife was delivered the wrong meal with no salad which was ordered and my son's pidee was very dry.Basically the $80 delivered meal was ordinary at best and most went into the bin.

I love a good snack pack, but $18 for a regular without any cheese is just too much to pay, add cheese and a drink and your well into the $22 +. Which in my eyes is just a rip off for basically just some meat and chips with a drizzle of sauce. The chips were under cooked and soggy. Disappointing to spend over 20 dollars to not even enjoy my meal.
