Great service, great staff, went out of their way to get our delivery to a different address for us :) thankyou

Company is unorganized and with negligent customer service. I had a late delivery and they don’t provide any ways of tracking. After contacting customer service I was informed that their driver had been in my house but thought the place looked empty, so drove off with my parcel without contacting me whatsoever, and as they only go to where I live once a week, I would have to wait another week to get my delivery. All my details in the order were correct and I have been living in my current address for a while, so house is definitely not empty. There were promises of calling me back from customer service that were never followed through. After escalating the issue I got the response that they believe driver acted in good faith. I appreciate the good faith but I’m not religious, reasonable punctual service would’ve been enough.
